Job Description and Qualifications

 MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities encompass:

Reviewing customer technical necessities and specifications and incorporate into challenge designs.

Prepare technical specifications and conduce bid tab reviews.

Design and element engineering of gadget which include Reactors & internals, Columns & Internals, Heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels/Drums and API 620 / 650 Tanks, situation to excessive temperatures / pressures.

Modeling gadget with Code compliance using commercially available software like HTRI, Compress, PV Elite and so on.

Review all supplier documents and responding to supplier / website online queries

 

Qualifications:

BE Mechanical required, ME Mechanical Preferred.

5-10 years of professional enjoy acting targeted engineering and strain analysis of high temperature pressurized system particularly in Refinery flora.

Having labored as lead or responsible engineer for Basic & Detail engineering of Refinery and Ammonia Plants is a necessity.

Working know-how of ASME Section 1, Section VIII Div. 1, B31.1, B31.Three, and TEMA trendy, and API 650, API 660 requirements.

Experience in cloth selection, welding, trying out, and high-quality control is preferred.

Effectively talk with the aid of e mail, ppt or ‘head to head’ AP’s execution techniques, schedule problems and undertaking necessities.

Must be familiar with an engineering organization, the function of each area and the way they interact and the feature of the diverse assist groups globally.

Experience of running with manufacturers of fabricated device and Quality Control / inspection experience will be of added benefit.
