Job Title: Engineer / Sr.Engineer

Job Location: Pune

Experience Range: 3-7 years

Education: Diploma Degree in Qualification Mechanical /  Production Automobile Industrial Engineering.

Desired Skills: Should have experience in Interior plastic parts like Instrument panel, Centre Console, Door trims, Pillar trims, Headliner trims etc.

Basic knowledge of Tooling Requirement of plastics parts, Acquainted with manufacturing Injection processes- moulding, moulding, Compression Vacuum forming.

Should have excellent knowledge on Tooling Feasibility, Surface Analysis.

Proficiency in CATIA V5 and / or UG NX (Surface modelling and Part modelling & Drawing) Exposure to Data management using PLM tools.

Exposure to Automotive Regulations for Interiors Exposure to processes like DVP, DFMEA, DFM Exposure to Tolerance stack up, GD & T & ASME Y 14.5 standardsc Exposure validation to Testing will be and added advantage oral Automotive Biw Tool & Fixture Design Good written skills & communication skills.
