Synthesis Researcher Job Purpose
Support Research & Development activities by conducting bench scale | pilot scale experiments; assist on development work and trouble shoot for plant processes by initiating preventive & corrective actions.
Job Responsibilities
Perform reactions as per defined guidelines Collaborate with ADL (Analytical Development Lab) for testing of samples and collect results Carry-out bench scale | pilot scale experiments for troubleshooting/ improving product quality & yield of existing or non-confirming products as per guidelines and present technical data with analysis for further actions.
Update records including analytical data, online (Link wok) offline
Maintain records, SOPs (International Organization for Standardization) and documents as per guidelines
Qualification/ Experience and Exposure
M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) with 2- 7 years of experience Well versed with setting up and carrying-out reactions Experience of project scale-up in Pilot | Plant level Exposure to literature survey, ISO (International Standards Organization) documentation process and record keeping.

Analytical Chemist Job Purpose
Responsible for operation and calibration of instruments and chemical analysis, development and validation of analytical methods, perform analysis at other sites for transfer analytical technology/ MOA (Method of Analysis) as per R&D project demand.
Job Responsibilities
Operation and calibration of Analytical instruments like GC, GCMS, LCMS, HPLC and UPLC.
Provide analytical results to R&D as per timelines through proper planning and execution and utilization of sample management software viz. ERP.
Resolve basic operational issues related to analytical instruments like GC, GCMS, LCMS, HPLC, UPLC and keeping instruments calibration Procedures and documents as per guidelines.
Qualification/ Experience and Exposure
M.Sc. (Organic or Analytical Chemistry) with 2- 7 years of experience.
Operational know-how of analytical instruments and processes for method development and validation by using analytical techniques GC, GCMS, LCMS HPLC, and UPLC.
Knowledge of preparing and updating SOPs, STP (Standard Test Procedures), specification, and MOA
