Job Title : O&M Engineer- Boiler Expert
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical)
Experience- 4-7 Years
Location - location cannot be fixed. It shall be as per customer site location through out India.
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Operation and maintenance of solid fuel boilers, O&G Boilers, heaters, and other utility plants.
2) Ensure 100% up-time of each equipment and overall plant
3) Ensure related statutory / HSE compliance and records as per OHSAS/EMS standards
4) Liaison with external agencies like boiler office, labour department, supplier, etc
5) Recruitment and manage labour on third party rolls Maintaining required levels of inventory at site like fuel, spares, consumables, etc.
6) Interface with customer to get utility demand in advance & ensure its readiness
7) Managing customer relationship and effective communication with customer
8) Submission of invoices and follow up with customer for timely payment
9) Provide interface between customer & TBWES HO and represent TBWES in customer premises, in a true sense
10) Circulation of reports highlighting exception and corrective actions.
11) Monthly MIS on plant performance.
Critical Competencies for the job:
+ Overall work experience in managing Boilers.
+ Know how on solid fuel & Oil and Gas boilers, heaters, and allied equipment's.
+ Knowledge of Heat & Mass transfer, Thermodynamics, fluid, etc
+ Technically sound with good trouble shooting abilities.
+ Sound knowledge about total productive maintenance
